What counts as a rewarded order
An order or reported action counts once when it earns at least one reward. Nothing else adds usage.

Questions
What is a rewarded order?
An order that earns at least one partner a reward. It counts once, however many partners or programs earn on it. A reported action that earns a reward counts the same way. Orders that earn nothing, retries of the same event and refunds add nothing. Usage resets each calendar month, in UTC.
What happens after 1,000 rewarded orders?
Each extra rewarded order costs $0.005 USD. A month with 1,800 rewarded orders costs $29 plus 800 × $0.005, which is $33.
Who pays the partners?
You do. Grizzlee never holds your money. It calculates what each partner earned and keeps the balance. You pay partners yourself and mark the payout paid, or send Stripe transfers from your own Stripe balance to the partner's existing Stripe connected account.
When am I charged?
Card billing is not connected yet, so you won't be charged until it is. The Billing page in your dashboard already shows each month's rewarded orders and estimate.
Does Grizzlee collect tax forms from partners?
No. Grizzlee does not collect tax forms or file them for you yet.
Do loyalty cards count toward rewarded orders?
No. Loyalty cards have their own ledger and never count. Loyalty pricing is not set yet.
